How long have you been in business?

Rich Limited has been providing customers with retail solutions for more than 20 years. We have ample experience in designing, manufacturing, and rolling out display programs of all sizes.

Where are you located?

At the moment our U.S headquarters is located in Carlsbad, CA. However, in less than a month we will be relocating to a larger facility to be able to better accomodate the growing demands of our clients. Our new corporate headquarters will be located in Oceanside, CA. You can get more information about contact us in the contact us section.

Custom Retail Design

Can you design me a logo?

While logo design is not outside our skillset, we don't typically do logo design for our customers. We are more than willing to create logo-based custom graphics and signage for your company's display program though.

Is there a minimum order for custom signage and display design?

Yes. We typically require a commitment of about 100 units to develop a custom retail rack, although every situation is different.

Who designs your displays?

Our in-house design team boasts more than 25 years combined experience in retail. We develop every prototype, design, and custom signage project right here in our corporate headquarters.



Shipping/Manufacturing

How do you ship your displays?

Shipping depends entirely on what kinds of products you order, and how many of them you'd like. We use UPS, FedEx National, and other national carriers for larger orders that require palletization.

How long will it take to ship?

We aim to have every order on the road within 48 hours, but often we can get your order shipped the next day. How long it takes to get to your destination depends entirely on where you live.

Will you assemble my display before you ship it?

Yes, for a small fee we will assemble your displays before we ship them to you.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Because there are any number of factors than can influence a retail display's longevity it is impossible to offer an unconditional money-back guarantee. We do guarantee that if upon arrival any parts or hardware are defective we will replace it on the house, no questions asked.

Do you manufacture your displays?

Every display we create, whether it is stock or custom is manufactured by our team.

Are your displays manufactured in the US?

All of our displays are manufactured overseas. Rich Limited's China branch is responsible for coordinating manufacturing, shipping, and logistics for every display you see on our site.
